IFREI (Institut Francophone des Risques Environnementaux et Individuels) is a registered francophone non profit organization, created in 2011, and governed by the french law of 1901.
Chairman & Vice-chairman :
Sébastien Canevet is the Chairman of the Management board. He is a teacher/researcher in law, specialising in the information society, and in information and communication technology law.
Guy Planchette is the Vice-chairman. He is the founder of the Institut pour la Maîtrise des Risques (previously Cindynics European Institute), and Georges-Yves Kervern's representative for Cindynics.
Partnerships & Networks
IFREI and IMdR have established a partnership agreement. IMdR is a french organism dedicated to risk management, which has been founded with the support of fourteen of the largest french industrial groups.
IFREI is a member of Occitanie Coopération, the multi-actor network for international cooperation and solidarity of the Occitanie region.
